Comfortable boot,

"I wore this boot on a two week trip to the Dolomites in Italy. I found it to be very comfortable. I had no trouble putting the boot on with a liner sock and a heavy pair of wool socks. My feet stayed cool and dry. Four stars because on the down hill portion of my hikes, my foot slipped forward pushing my toes against the front of the boot, but only on extreme slopes. Can't say yet how the scent blocker portion works."

"I bought these for bow hunting in warm weather. They are the most comfortable pair of hunting boots I own. You can actually wear these boots all day in total comfort. You do have to learn how to put them on and take them off but well worth a little extra effort."

tough boot to swallow,

"boots are comfortable but you will sweat bullets trying to get them on.... i took the gaiters off, as instructed, and still it took me at least 5 minutes to slip them over my ankles...... it gets a little better as you wear them, but, still it shouldnt take this long to get a pair of slipon boots on to hunt.... i guess thats why they were on sale and discontinued., huh?"

"Don't be afraid of all the bad reviews saying these boots are hard to put on, they are not. If you use a little common sense and put the scent collar on first followed by the boot like Scent Blocker recommends, you will have absolutely no trouble. These boots are very comfortable and extremely durable. I have not had a drip of water in them yet. They are actually kind of warm in the colder weather as well. Overall another great Scent Blocker product."

"The jury is still out, but I was pretty dissappointed. I think they are hard to get on, the scent lok collar at the top is a waste and also adds to the difficulty of getting them on and what about the leather, and scent? Understandably they stink right out of the box and I hope that goes away. Also only medium width available, I normally wear a 12, ordered a 13 and they are snug. I have saved the box and still might return them."

"These are simply awesome boots light comfortable and I got them on sale so it made it even better. I was so happy with these boots I can't say enough. Even though they are the mids they gave me good support for a 4 hour walk to get on the Toms. They are a little tuff to get on with the scentblocker cuff attached but if you put the cuff on first and then the boot it work well. It was 75 out and my feet did not get sweaty. Can’t say how good they’re in the cold of winter deer season but the spring and early fall I think they will be hard to beat."

"Good fitting boot......once you get it on your foot!
The top of the boot is VERY tight and difficult to get your foot into it. I doubt I could use this with a mid weight sock or in colder weather situations. I haven't had the chance to wear it in the field yet but it wouldn't be my first choice. Probably only after there was some pressure on the deer, needing to hide myself a bit more."

"I tried these boots on for the first time and found them to be really hard to get on. I tried 3 times to get them on and then finally the 4th try I got them on, they are really tight around the top of the boot and are very difficult to get on. I haven't used them while hunting yet but I am affraid that they might be a bit time consuming to get on in the early morning before bowhunting."

"right now it.s time to take a lookie look around your favriot hunting spot,s.when I do this I stay in hunting mode.
to do this I ware what I use during the season. my sent lock mid boot with sogy groud. and crunchy snow alloud me to sneek up on the buck I missed last year. and get a few good peek,s at him if bow hunting were easy everyone would do it . I hope to score this deer in september. in the mean time i,ll think about how I blew the shot and try not to let it happen again"

"I recently used the Dream Season boot on a Russian Boar hunt at Ted Nugents Sunrize Acres. I put in a lot of walking through the snow covered Michigan woods. The boots performed quite well,were very comfortable,light and warm. the only problem I have with them is putting them on. Maybe my feet are too dad-gummed big,but I have a real struggle getting into the boot. In fairness,I haven't put a lot of miles on them,just the boar hunt and a couple of forays for coyotes here in Az. Will use them this weekend down on the desert chasing Javelina which should be a good test. Despite the struggle getting them on.I like the boot,their comfort and light weight and would recommend them to others."

"The boot was very comfortable to wear but difficult to put on due to the somewhat narrow ankle/upper portion. The inner pull-on loops broke with my 1st wearing. Cabelas and their fanatastic service replaced them without any problems. I have not used the new ones yet."
