"I'm looking forward to season 4 for this shack and like the fact that it is easy to move (sled type bottom) and easy to set up. The recessed areas for buckets are nice when pulling it, and I have no complaints with things like zippers and window flaps that I would expect to be getting a bit worn by now but haven't."

"I am very pleased with this product. Lightweight, easy to set up and plenty of room for two people. The only drawback is the plastic windows tend to steam up when running a heater on chilly days. Bring some soft cloth or tissue to wipe them off occasionally."

"I have used this shelter for 5 years now. All I can say is FANTASTIC! It still looks as good as the day I bought it. It's easy to handle, easy to set up and easy to pack up. Because of the black fabric, the sun beating on it is enough to keep it warm inside in 20 to 30 degree temps. When the temp falls to the teens to single and minus digits a small propane heater will have you fishing in a tee shirt inside! A few tips, in extremely cold weather when you pack up the shelter do not fold the plastic windows, they will crack! Clear packaging tape will fix this. And if you pack it up wet make sure you set it up again on a dry sunny day to let it dry. If put away wet for any length of time it will mildew! Happy Fishing!!!"

"I should have included in my previous review a suggestion. I realized that using the shelter after dar, the black fabric is not easily seen. I purchased some reflective tape and applied it to the sides of the shelter. That way snowmobiles and vehicles will see it better. I highly recommend that others do the same to theirs also, including other makes. The companies should apply the reflectors to their products also."

"Great value for the money. Easy set up and tear down. Plenty off room for 2 people and your gear. I'm a big man and tall. I have no problem with two people inside. Pulls easy on the snow with a load of gear on top. I've had mine for 3 yrs and I use it pretty hard. It looks just as new now as the day I bought it. I would recommend this unit. I've pulled other brands and tried them but they do not come close to the Shappell quality."

"this hut is a snap to set up, stays warm and cozy with a buddy heater, also pulls very easy in the snow. 2 guys can fish comfortably no matter how cold it is outside. when it's time to go, just fold it up into a sled, pack your gear on and off you go. great product, good quality. i highly recommend this hut for you and a friend."
