"I never heard of Herter's but the price was very appealing so I bought 500 to give it a try. Fired 200 rounds with my XD 45 and 1st box was ok, somewhat dirty, the 2nd box was terrible, a bunch off line and keyhole hits on the target. 3rd box the same, 4th box ok, so half was acceptable, half was not. This was with the same gun during the same range outing. I will finish the rest and call it a learning experience. As a note, went out this week, same gun with American Eagle 230 gr, all good, all on target not one keyhole."

"Taurus .45 ACP 24/7. Have shot 200 rounds with this stuff. Accurate, no misfires, no jams, no dirtier than ammo I've used from more traditional companies. Cheapest thing I've found and it works well enough."

"I carry a glock 21 for duty and I ordered 500 rounds of this for re qualifications at work. I had never heard of Herter's before but the price was right so I decided to take a chance. Shipping was good, and I was really impressed with the quality of ammo for the money. Not one problem! I expected at least some FTF's but I can honestly say nothing bad about this ammo. I have shot a lot of different types of ammo in the past, and this stuff shoots more reliable, more accurate, and cleaner then most. For sure the best you can get for the money. As long as cabelas carry's herter's I'll be a loyal customer for life."
