"These are wonderful! I can hardly wait to get home from work to cozy up in mine. In an attempt to keep my heating costs low I set the thermostat at a low temperture but my wrap keeps my snug and warm but gives me the freedom to have my hands free to hold a book or a nice hot cup of chocolate. The opening at the bottom also allows me to walk around while still keeping covered."

"I bought this for my husband for his birthday last month, and he just loves it. He has stable angina and has to be warm most of the time, otherwise he cannot hardly move around. Our house is so cold in the winter and I didn't want him to suffer another winter, so when I seen this large heavy wrap in the catalog, I got on the internet to Cabelas and bought it. I knew he would appreciate it, and he does. He uses it every night and every morning to get warm for the day. He practically tells me everyday how glad he is I bought it and shows it to everyone who comes over. I got him the wolf one and it is so beautiful."

"A great, warm blanket to throw on when it's a bit chilly.
However, In my opinion the wraps are not worth the price. I bought two, one for myself and another for a Christmas present.
The material is nice but I have one major annoyance.
After two weeks of use the trims started to pull off the one I use personally. The stitch used to hold the trim on looks nice but unravels very quickly and easily. This isn't a problem if you have the time to hand stitch it back together or have a sewing machine.
I hope the one that's intended for a gift holds up better. I would not be annoyed with this if I didn't pay as much for the wraps.
For the price of the warp, shipping to Canada, duty and tax... it's far cheaper to make your own. Not worth it."

"There were no reviews, so I purchased two Grand River Lodge Wraps, plus one of the less expensive Cuddle Wraps. The garment tags showed that both are designed by the same company. The Grand River was made in Germany, and the Cuddle was made in the USA. The Grand River seems to be a tiny bit softer and maybe a little heavier material. They have different fabric composition. My wife and I use our wraps every evening. I watch TV and she reads. Being able to have your arms free is great. She can hold her book, and I can hold the TV remote. I will buy some more Cuddle Wraps for gifts. Bottom line: If you are buying for yourself, and price is not the major issue, go for the Grand River Wrap. If price is an issue, or you want to give a nice gift, buy the Cuddle Wrap. You will be happy with both. We leave the zipper up, and just unsnap the two chest buttons to get into and out of the wrap."
