Only the finest materials like stainless steel; nickel-plated wire; 16-18 gauge steel and 2" high-density, high-temperature insulation are used in its construction. The stainless steel interior retains heat well and makes for easy clean up. In addition to rock-solid construction, it also has key features that make it a top-of-the line smoker. A circulation fan moves air throughout the smoker to provide even heat and smoke distribution. Also, the Cook and Hold temperature control actually drops the temperature once your meat is cooked, preventing you from ruining all of your hard work. A door gasket gives you smoke-tight operation, as well as minimal heat loss while cooking. Other features include a digital readout, internal temperature shutdown and time shutdown. Holds approximately 200 lbs. of summer sausage. 30-amp circuit required to operate.
