Great Scope Seeking Improved Mount,February 14, 2010
By ARthinkerfrom Southern California
"I put the AR332 on my Stag Model 2 and am very happy with the overall usability. This scope allows visibility with most all positions on adjustable M4 stock (mid to full extended is better). I suppose this is due to the eye relief being designed properly for the AR 15. I like the choice of red, black or green reticles as this helps to off-set various backgrounds. The bullet drop comp feature with outer circle is very good for both fast or precision target acquisition without external adjustments. My first day at the range provided a dead center bulls-eye at 25-yards and then 1.5 inch groups at 100 yards! (Bi-pod in use by an amateur here!) I am usually an iron-sights guy liking the open field of view however this scope with 3x magnification, great clarity, compactness and ease of use didn't overwhelm my vision. There is nothing visually oppressing here like many magnifying scopes can be. OK...now the down side. The carry handle mount was too tight for my DPMS mil-spec carry-handle. I guess there is a 50/50 chance that this is DPMS fault but probably not. The rail mount adapter seems imprecise and despite large thumb nuts it is not easily mounted/removed by hand. Given the need for a crescent wrench they might as well have used smaller hardware so snag points are minimized. Burris should go for either easy on/off design or permanent mount. Hopefully someone will provide aftermarket flat-top plate adapter for this scope."

AR-332 possible alternative to Trijicon ACOG,January 24, 2010
By PRCUSN
"I would say I am satified with the AR-332...
I have several Trijicon sights, but don't want to put an expensive Trijicon on an a "test case" AR type piston operated rifle I just got...
I like Burris because of the great optics... I have one of their Xtreme Tactical Scope 4X-16X-50mm, and I am satisfied with the optics on the AR-332...
I plan to have this scope for some time...
I am disapointed that Burris did not give the same lifetime warrenty that came with my Xtreme Tactical Scope !!!!"

Not as expected,January 13, 2010
By AR15gunnerfrom KY
"Mounted on M&P 15...it does look good...that's about it. While looking throught the scope, if you move your head off axis, the point of aim changes. This is unacceptable, especially if using for hunting or target applications. Cabelas gladly returned product and I replaced with a holographic sight with flip over magnification. Now, POA doesn't change with head movement.
The bad thing about the AR-332, if you don't weld your cheek to the gun the same way every time, you simply cannot shoot accurately with this sight. Hope this helps someone."

Great Sight,November 24, 2009
By 1mary12from SoCal
"Solid, looks great! A little work to sight in, tight groups at 100 yards. Great shots at 10 inch round steel plate at 275 yrds.
Red sight better on a bright day. Green was hard to see."

Out of box quality looks good,November 17, 2009
By fc19dfrom Virginia
"Very impressed with the Burris AR 332 sight. Build quality is good, sight should be durable for use on the AR platform. Reticle is clear and centered in sight. Choice of red or green reticle can be a benefit for the shooter. This sight mounted up solidly to my AR and bore sighted without having to make any adjustments, appears to be built to pretty tight specifications."
