You have to ubderstand What You;re Buying,November 13, 2009

"These are fine rounds and perform exactly as they should. These are cast bullets and as such each has a ring of bullet lubricant. That lube is the source of the smoke and the "dirt" since the hot gases created by the burning propellant melts the lube. And that's what's supposed to happen. Giving a poor rating on this product because of smoke and residue is like giving Pepsi Cola a poor rating because it's sweet and fizzes. It's always incumbent on the shooter to know what he/she is doing and to understand what they are putting into their firearm. Cast bullets are not like jacketed or plated bullets and shooters electing to use them need to understand that prior to their use."

"shot about 200 rounds, very smokey ammo. worked well in my kel-tec pf-9 but had alot of problems in my xd9 with jams. in my opinion pay a little more for new ammo, not the reloaded stuff."
