"This is an Excellent product however I am disappointed with the hole left in the floor liner for the stove access. This is an outstanding tent and I feel you really missed it on this part of this liner. There should be a zip out or snap out section to cover this hole."

"When researching the Alaknak II, I felt that I needed the floor liner. I used the floor liner for the first time with the tent last weekend. It is a great concept but when placed on the tent floor the two materials tend to slide. I would have thought the floor liner would have been made of some material that would grip against the actual tent floor making it more stable to walk on. The tent floor is similar material to the tent walls and here is Australia I would recommend to people that you need the floor liner for that little more protection from the ground we camp on over here."

"Bought the floor when I bought the tent. It does a good job of protecting the original floor and makes clean-up easier. Just fold up the floor and shake it outside. The floor attaches to the tent thru some loops. They seem sewn in there pretty good, but hopefully over time these don't get ripped out. The designers could have gone the cheap route and used only one loop in each corner, but they added others so the floor is more stable. Overall I'd recommend buying it."

"Handy accessory to protect the tent floor and make cleanup easier during takedown. While using the tent small debris can work under the floor liner at the tent entry, but it's easily cleaned up. The attachment points to the tent are a little awkward, no big deal though."

"The floor liner did an excellent job of protecting the tent floor from mud and dirt. When preparing to take down the tent, I was able to fold the liner up inside the tent and take it out with all dirt contained.
The reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that the liner has a cut out for the stove location rather than a zip out (like the tent has). As a result there were dirt and mud marks on the tent floor in this section. A zip out section would make it better for use when no stove is needed."

"Liner is well made, covers the floor very well. It also has a cut out for the stove which is important. However, I would like to see the cut out have a zip away feature that allows it to fully cover the floor when not using the stove. The floor liner left the tent's zipper flap exposed to boots and gear with it's large cut out. Most summer camping doesn't require a stove so a "full cover" liner would be nice. The liner though is a must for any Alaknak owner. It made clean up really easy but just dragging it out and shaking it."

"I purchased the floor liner cause of all the good remarks left on Cabelas web page. Doing so, we put the tent up and put the tent floor in and after a week or so of camping the floor liner did it's job ok. I would rather purchase some outdoor carpet the size of the tent other than using the floor liner. We have since done so and make a cut out for the stove. Yes, I do know it takes away the easy sweep out cleaning method but for the price I think its a little much for what you get. MY 2 cents worth. Cabela's does have GREAT customer service 2nd to NONE!"

"I used the floor liner on a ten day hunting trip in Kentucky. It fit well and was pretty easy to install. After ten days of living in a tent you tend to track a lot of dirt and leaves in. With this floor liner clean up was a breeze. This was the best feature by far. This is a must have for your tent!"
