Great Product,
November 23, 2008
By Goosinit
from SW. Pa.

"Have been using mine for a few years now. No problems at all. Still together after a ton of brush busting for bunnies to "goosinit" in January. I would highly recommend this product. A little tip: when duck and goose hunting, put the shells in brass down (eliminates the glare)"

"Use this to hunt doves, crows and ducks. holds a low brass shell as well as a 3.5 inch shell...holds them well too. i wear mine as a bandoleer when wading in marshes to prevent any shells getting wet compared to wearing it around my waist"

"well built fits 3 and 3half inch shells ok. The neoprene means they dont slip out which is nice and the neoprene seems to keep the cartridges dryer than a leather belt. Worth the money"

greenhead shell belt,
December 23, 2007
By dacantley
from OH

"ive used this product while waterfowl hunting in a wet field and while rabbit hunting in thick brush and thorns. 2 3/4" and 3" shells fit in it very nicely and ive had no problem with stitching coming undone at all. its a little big on my 34 inch waist, but a nice thick jacket takes care of that problem. thorns get stuck in it pretty easily when rabbit hunting, but come out just as easy. good buy overall."

"This is great for saving you time when in the field. It also helps when you are out with friends trap shooting. No need to bend down to get a few shells out of the box. Fits a whole box on the belt. Love it!"

Nice belt,
June 29, 2007
By advantageWL
from Coarsegold CA
|
"Holds shells better than elastic and lasts several seasons. Takes the place of a wader belt with more function.
For and additional couple of bucks I would advise going up to a belt with a pocket but if you are sure you don't want a pocket you can't complain about this belt.
I have one and my buddie has one and we have used them for several seasons with no complaints."

Greenhead Gear? Neoprene Shell Belt,
November 25, 2006
By fastsvt1998
from Santa Clarita, CA
|
"The fit around the waist is excellent and the material seems very durable. The only thing I did not like was that the shells fit really deeply into the belt. While this stops them from falling out, it makes it harder to get them out quickly for re-loads. I carry it as extra supply and have a vest with easy access pockets for loose shells."

Neoprene Shell Belt,
November 25, 2006
By zappit
from NH

"Although the belt can accomodate 3 1/2" shell, the long shells have a tendency to slip out of the pockets. And the shorter shell are hard to extract out of the pockets. From day one, the stitches are coming undone. Basically the belt is falling apart. You get what you pay for!!!"

belt,

By gbrack
from Wisconsin
|
"I had never used a shell belt before. I used this extensively on a trip to Manitoba. With a lot of walking or movement the shells will slip out, so one needs to be careful. It also is less convienent in a lay down blind. I do like the accessibility of the shells, however compared with digging in a blind bag for a different shell. It also allowed me to have both duck or goose loads at my fingertips."
