Poor zipper, October 20, 2009

"When I saw ‘heavy duty zipper’ in the product description I thought I was finally finding the gun case I’ve been searching for. Well, was expecting a zipper like those on Cabela’s parkas, not one that looks like it would be put on for a cheap accessory pocket. I ran the zipper several times and found that the looks say the same about the quality - it doesn't zip smoothly. With the exception of the zipper, the rest is built very well and the cordura shell will hold up for years. I don’t know if I would recommend it to a friend or not - I’ll have to see how it holds up to muck while out hunting. Although I gave it a low rating, I'm still going to hang on to it to see how it holds up, I can always have a different zipper put in."
