"I had ordered two of these caps and both of them were incomplete in their manufacturing. One of them had a small piece of material missing on two areas of the brim of the advisor. The second cap was incomplete in the parallel sewing on the advisor. Cabela's responded most favourably immediately by issuing myself a gift certificate covering the initial cost. I have been a continuous customer with Cabela's for many, many years and have always been most satisfied with their products and most pleasant service and advice on products."
