Excellent Works Great,October 30, 2009
By dj28from Great Falls , MT
"I recieved the jacket two days before hunting season started in Wyoming. I put it on and never took it off. The pockets are great. I love the upper chest pocket, my license, pocket knife and a pen fit in there with room to spare and I couldn't tell they were there. The jacket did what it was supposed to do. I was never cold from the wind or the outside temp which would go from 32 to around 50 depending on the time of day. It would be great if the sleeves had a "velcro" adjust at the cuffs, but my gloves kept my wrists warm and really the jacket is just fine with out it. My hunting buddies all seemed to like it as well. I will be purchasing one for my Dad. He noticed how well it worked and was impressed. I wish I had a regular jacket like this (blaze orange sleeves in public doesn't make the wife happy). A really great jacket that works great."

nice but short,October 18, 2009

"this is a great coat for a cool day it's just light enough to be worn when it is nice but not heavy enough when cold. I'm 6'5 a it is pretty short on men, i wish they would make a tall in alot more of the jackets but i did go up in size to get a little extra length. But for an overall review i am glad i did buy it and recommend this to any person."

First impression review,September 3, 2009
By GreenHunterfrom Cedar Falls, IA
"I call this a first impression review as I can't fully give a review till I've used it in the field. So take it for what its worth. This jacket is a great jacket. Good storage space for shells or keys and such. Two standard side pockets, upper chest pocket, no internal pockets though. Micro fleece on the inside and a tough outer shell on the outside. Modern fashion, though that doesn't matter to me as long as I'm seen. Cinch straps at the waist that you can tighten or loosen depending on taste. As for comfort this jacket should work well as long as it is used in a layering setup. You might be wonder though for all these great things why then for the four star rather than a five. Well that would be because of the wrists. Unlike previous models that I have seen the wrists on this one can not be adjusted. It might not take much for someone to add some Velcro or some elastic to them, but as it is you had better hope the gloves you wear will hold the sleeves up when you out hunting. Otherwise these sleeves could drop over your hands. This may change though due to layering, so I won't tear into that until I'm out in the field. After all this is just first impressions."
