"Gloves are warm and dry. However, they are a little thick. May have a problem getting into a trigger gaurd. I have big hands so perhaps the size of my fingers may be part of the problem. Even ordering the 2XL, they are still tight."

"These gloves are warm in the coldest weather here in Colorado, though I do not think that I would wear them for skiing! They are not hunting gloves either, but they will keep you warm.
The leather palms will help you grip the steering wheel while driving. The Thinsulate and Gore-Tex must wick off any moisture in my hands because they never feel wet.
They are nice looking and comfortable. It is easy to recommend them."

"I have LONG, skinny hands, and even the extra large was far too small. The body of the hand nicely sized, but the fingers are very short. These gloves are quite warm, but are also bulky. The gore tex and thinsulate linings cease at the wrist, but the cuff is long and should be under a jacket so that's no problem.
I gave it three stars because of the odd fit. If these fit you, I'm sure they'd be great gloves."

"I bought these gloves for me - my old ragg wool ones had worn out, but it's hard to find good ones that fit a woman, and one with small hands too! Anyway, they were too big - even the men's small size, so I gave them to a friend (a guy), and he really likes them. So I guess if you are a woman with larger hands than mine or a man with small hands, you will really like these gloves!!!"

"i bought my first pair of these gloves nearly 20 years ago from cabelas. they still work fine for deer hunting and ice fishing in wisconsin. they keep your hands very warm. i just bought another pair for backup in case i ever loose one."

"these were not what i was hoping for. the gloves were real bulky and the wool was not tightly knitted. the wool was real loose and you could see the inner lining. very poorly made. also leather was very thin and cheap feeling. i returned these for a refund."

"I ordered these gloves in hopes of recieving a clothing article that would offer full waterproof protection and warmth without bulk. When the order came, the gloves were very bulky, and only waterproof to the top of your hand, your wrist isn't protected. I used them for deer hunting last weekend and they were too bulky to easily get into my trigger guard. However they're very warm and good for keeping out the cold and wind."
