"I was looking for a comfortable wellington that offered decent traction, and moderate insulating value during the cold months of New York winters. This boot has so far met this demand. They appear to hold up, but time will tell. My only concern is an esthetic issue regarding easy scuffing of the toe. Besides that, they look good and feel great!"

"Ordered these boots for my dad, who typically wears a 9 Wide - ordered this size - he could not get his foot in the boot, returned them for a 9 1/2 W - same problem. The boot is very very tight right at the ankle/top of foot area where it makes it impossible to get the foot in - not sure if it ia the thinsulate or not. We are going to try and soak the boot and see if that will give a little wiggle room in this area."
