"the rating I gave it is for the tape that came with it. I could not get the call to work well at all. We will use the tube without the call on it & call using just our voice.

"This is the worst call I have ever purchased. I am usually good with calls but could not get this one to make any noise resembling a moose. The cd seemed amateurish at best. Would not recommend it"

"I liked the video. It helped me learn to call better with my mouth. The call worked OK when you practice with it a lot. When you use it in the field, you are never sure if the first sound to come out will be right. It was like it needed to be "broken in" with one strange sounding call before it would work right. It froze in the cold weather also. I will not use it again. I bought a buck expert."

"I purchased two of these items in preperation for a Vermont Moose Hunt for myself and a friend. We had a hard time getting a consistent good sounding call from the call tube. Also the video demonstrated how to use the call but then showed a guide using a diaphram or just his mouth in the field. We ended up using the video as a reference to practice moose calls just using our mouths to get better more consistent calls. We had a successful hunt thanks in part for the video, but the call tube never made it to camp."

"I personally finished a 2 week moose hunt in NE MN using this moose call.
The call was very easy to learn to use, after watching the DVD.
The information given on the DVD was more than enough for a first time hunter such as myself. I never knew a thing about hunting moose until I had watched this.
I was able to bring several Bull within shooting range but none presented clear enough shots for my liking.
I would recommend this kit to any moose hunter and patience."

"I bought this call and DVD prior to my moose hunintg trip. It was a waste of money. Wayne shows you how to call the moose, but he really doesn't use the call in the hunting portion of the video, he and the guide use their hands. You could do better with paper towel roll."

"I found the call very hard to coax the right sound out of. The video was 1980's vintage. When moose hunting we found a coffee can and string to exactly mimic actual moose sound and it was much more effective than the call."
