    "Extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on. Used them for hiking etc in Alaska. No "breaking in" was necessary. Gave good ankle support without the added weight of a high top. I usually wear an 8 1/2 size shoe but in these I found a size 9 to be perfect. I love the colour. An all around great purchase."

    "I climbed a small mountain without breaking them in beforehand. I did not get any blisters, and my feet where pain-free. I did another 4 1/2 hour hike/mountain climb a week later, and they were comfortable the entire time. The traction works great on slippery rocks as well."
