If you want legendary performance, devastating penetration, huge exit holes and a massive blood trail to track, then attach and launch the Maxx! The cutting diameter is a 1/4" longer than the original Spitfire for a full 1-3/4". The slicing starts at impact with a cut-on-contact point. The serious butchery begins as the .030"-thick Diamize® stainless steel blades open for maximum devastation. A microgrooved ferrule reduces weight and air resistance. Field-point accuracy. Offset blades. No O-rings or rubber bands. Per three.
Size: 100-grain, 1-3/4" cutting diameter.

spitfire broadheads (GREAT),November 21, 2009
By Anonymousfrom Ihunt in the moutains of arkansas
"I've killed three deer this year(my limit) using these broadheads and only one manage to do anything more than fall dead. The 10 point went about 50 yds with a massive blood trail. I don't see any use in using any other broadhead. they work for me and they'll work for you. Thanks for reading"

"shot a buck with one of these at 15yds. , perfect hit and gave the animal the genaral rule of thumb -30min. to go expire . didnt get full pass thru and only found a few blood spots as big as my pinky nail then blood trail went to nothing . well as you know no deer . the only thing that could of happend was ,all blades didnt deploy or couple blades broke off on impact . tryed rage 2 blade broadhead this year twice this season and dissapointed both times !! will defenitly go back to the trusty wasp jackhammers ,the broadheads that never had me ill when i was leaving the woods !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Huge exit wound channel,August 20, 2009
By Gibbsfrom Sacramento, CA
"This year is the first year I tried the spitfire maxx broadheads. Since i have 80 ft pounds of KE from my bow i figured i could handle extra diameter and not compromise penetration. Just this week i downed a big blacktail buck. First shot went into right rib cage and out front of chest and arrow was deep in the ground after passing through deer. My buck went 75 yards and went down. When i looked at buck, i couldn't believe how big the wound channel was and the huge blood trail. After quartering out the buck, I noticed bone fragments everywhere as it passed through ribs and hit bone. It really looked like this buck was shot with a high powered rifle. Great broadheads and fly straight."
