"I have never been a big fan of truglo until I got to demo this sight,great desighn on the micro adjustments, well built no viberations, I like that the sight light is push button and not a twist, I have no problem with the pins being the same color some, people do, it is actually easier for me to just count from top to bottom 40yds 50yds 60yds 70 yds 80 yds , The light only shines on the fibers inside the sight so you dont get a big glare just brighter pins and no one standing infront or beside the sight can see that the light is turned on. One of the best features is the pins taper from larger diameter on top to smaller on bottom so you can see more target at further ranges this feature helped me alot on long range shots Id say best sight for the money even better than alot of top named sights that are almost twice the money. THANK YOU TRUGLO"

Needs Different Colored Pins,September 16, 2009

"Got the sight on the bow and went to the range. I loved the smaller pin step down design for the longer shots, but found myself needing a extra split second to figure out which pin to use since they are ALL THE SAME COLOR - Green. With 5 green pins to choose from (especially for the middle pins), the hesitation could cost you a nice buck. I believe TruGlo will come out with the same design with different colored pins, so wait until they do. I did like the tool-less gang adjustment, BUT the individual pins still require an allen wrench for adjustment. That was disappointing and very misleading in my opinion. Don't buy until they have different colored pins. I put my old Cobra SideWinder back on and returned the TruGlo to Cabela's. Of course Cabela's instantly credited my account with no issues."

"This sight is a tremendous improvement over the site I previously had. By increasing my peep-sight to 1/4" ,and, swithching to the TruGlo Micro-Brite 5-Pin Sight, my accuracy has been greatly improved. I can see the target much better even in low light situations. Everything about shooting is more gratifying. It's all about accuracy. The convenience of not haveing to use a cotter key wrench for sight adjustments is another great benefit from using this sight as well. I recommend it to all..."

"Excellent sight for all users. Comes out of the package rigged up for right-handshooters, but 15 minutes and some allen wrenches can get swap over to a left-hand shooters sight. Micro pins work awesome for the long distances. currently shooting 20,30,40,50. i did remove one pin due to person preference. All in all, just a well built sight"

"This is a nice sight--love the idea of the graduated sizes of the pins. The problem is since all are green, I lose track of which pin I'm using. This might just be a problem of a new user, but I'll be getting a different one asap! Very easy to adjust and holds it's adjustment so if you can get over the fact that all the pins are green--I'd say go for it!"

"I purchased this to replace a older TruGlo I love and ended up taking it back to Cabelas and getting a different model of TruGlo. The problem is the bottom two pins the fibers where to far down in the solid metal pin. You could not see the actual pin unless you turned on the light then it was very faint. I originally mail ordered but I do have a Cabelas close by took it back to exchange and the only two left on the shelf had the same problem. Achery sales said he did notice people pulling the sights off the shelf and going through them all to find one that was good. Ended up with the Super Slam and love it. If you can look at it before you buy it should be a great sight. However if your mail ordering forget it.
Some one need to do a quality check."

"I ordered mine with all 5 pins at .010 and am I glad. I wear glasses and even have the problem of being left eye dominant while I shoot righthanded. These pins are very visable yet don't cover the target. With carbon 340 arrows the sight is set for 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 yds. ; but with 400 they work out to 30, 40, 50, 60 (I don't have room to shoot 70). The sight mounted and set up with ease. The only tools needed were to mount the sight on the bow, and sight in was a breeze and after a week of shooting the sight has not moved. I really like the fiber optic strands being fully protected inside the pins. I'm a little rough on equipment and these pins seem to be up to it. I couldn't be happier with the sight. Try it I think you'll like it."

"This bowsight is great. The smaller pins are perfect for ranges farther than 30 yards. The windage and elevation adjustments are another great quality. Have had this sight for a month and have it sighted in from 10 to 50 yards. I am grouping arrows at 1 to 2 inches from all those distances. The light also helps out greatly when shooting at dawn or dust. Overall a great product."

"just got this sight and it is bright. got the model with 5 .010 pins and the extension. the small pins will take some getting used to, but they don't swallow the target area. great quality for the price! goes to show that you don't have to spend $200.00 for a high quality sight."
