"I loved the original "Legend " series 10x42 binoculars by Bushnell. They broke when I dropped them so I decided to by the NEW HD "Legend" series "Thinking that they would be even better than the old model" ....NOT the case. These are fine during daylight hours , but I am a hunter and they are not too good in low light at Dawn and Dusk. They dont attract nearly as much light, and they are not as crisp and sharp as the Original "Legend" series."

"Very impressed with these new Bino's from Bushnell, good all round package case, harness etc, In the field, good clarity for the price and great preformance at lower light levels. On first outing managed to spot stag just on bush line before sunup at 550m - after a 30minute stalk in bagged at nice 12 red, Pretty sure would not have picked this deer up with old bino's... so very happy with new purchase"

Legend Ultra HD 10x42---nice,July 24, 2009

"I just bought these two days ago. I'm very pleased with them thus far. When at the store I compared them to the Nikon Monarchs 10x42 and the Bushnell excursion EX 10x42 models both of which recieved great reviews. But, side by side with those models The clearity and brightness of the Legend Ultra HD's 10x42 blew them out of the water!!!! That's inside of the store, so we took a field trip outside and took a range finder to know the distances. They stilll blew the others away. All the adjustment knobs worked perfectly and easy to use. They don't feel to heavy or bulky and are quite comfortable to hold . I haven't used the harness yet. But it looks like it will work well. The whole kit comes with: harness, neck strap, lense cloth, soft pouch, and a very nice hard case for storage. I'm going out later today to start preping my hunting stands. So I'll give them a field test. But so far I'm thrilled with them!!!!!"
