"The draw string on the crossbow broke on the 12th attempt at sighting in the scope. Ok, so I got a bad string. I called customer service at Crosman, told their representative of my problem. He advised that he would send out a replacement string the next day. After not hearing from Crosman for 10 days or receiving the string I made second call.

The second call to customer service resulted in me being advised that they woulld get the string out to me with directions on how to install it right away.

Well, after 10 more days and no string, or word from Crosman, I called for a third (3rd) time to Customer Service. They appoligized for no action on their end and promised it would be sent out ASAP.

Conclusion: Bow looks good, but dont count on Customer Service from Crosman."
