"Sharpness was good highest though I had made roast beef by using Dodge oven the other day. It seems to become an indispensable supporting player in such a dish !!

"This barbecue set included four pieces plus a wooden presentation wooden box. Please be advised that after using them a few times the metal oak leaf on the handles began to fall off. I had to go to the hardware store to find small wood screws to secure the metal part back onto the wooden handle. A few days later another metal oak leaf came off of the large fork. The wood used for the handles are very porous and soft. They cannot be put into your dishwasher for obvious reasons. The handles would probably fall apart. The wooden box is also made of this soft wood. I put the box with the implements in it into my enclosed grill. The next day after a damp evening, the box was warped and the sliding top would not come off without some strong efforts. The box is now useless. I would not recomend purchasing this set."
