"I bought these sandals from Cabela's because they had the best price hands down! Literally about half the price of anywhere else online!
These are very highly rated Teva's with spider rubber soles and a covered toe and ankle strap closure. They fit like a glove, however when wet, they do tend to slide a bit, which is the only negative I have as they did give me blisters in two different places (Hence 4 stars instead of 5). The heel of course, but also in the arch of my foot, which was rather uncomfortable at times.
I did wear them for a week straight in Texas floating down the Comal river and wore them all day at Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels. It was 103 degrees and we were in the water more than we were out of it, these sandals took a beating and held up extremely well.
Overall for quality, durability and price (I paid about $50) these can't be beat!"

"The sandals are tough. The first time I wore them, I was on a creek fishing excursion in the Cascades, and on my way out, I ended up sliding my rig off the road, and had to hike about five miles out of the back country wearing them. They are fairly comfortable and handled the strenuous hike just fine. They are pretty stable in the creek too. The toe cup is nice, but tends to collect debris (same as all toed sandals I've used). The detailing seems rough. Namely, there is not enough velcro on the heel strap to cinch them down tight. I bought them to raft in, and am afraid they will not stay on in rough water due to this. I also seem to spend too much time fussing with the neoprene lining that wants to roll up when I put them on. I bought them through the bargain basement at a great price; otherwise I'd be a little more disappointed."

"This is my second pair of Toachi sandals. The first pair was purchased two years ago and have logged countless miles on land and water, as well as hundreds of hours bouncing around in the bottom of a boat. I bought this pair because the soles on my others have begun to seperate. There have been changes made since my original purchase. The originals had drainage slots cut into the foot bed. These slots would ever so lightly pinch the bottoms of your feet as you walked. Not the kind of thing you would notice at first but after a few hours hot spots would start to develop. These slots have been replaced with tiny holes. The originals also had an elastic strap attaching the two halves of the buckle. This meant you didn't have to buckle them to keep them on but also meant they were harder to get into. This strap is no longer there meaning you no longer have to bend over to put them on. I believe they are well worth the money."

"I am an avid surf fisherman. The Tochi sandles fit the bill for standing in the surf. They do no allow sand to build up due to the drainage slots in the soles. They double as a very comfortable sandle on dry land due to its arch support. They can be worn with and without socks. The looks and quality are top notch. I've been wearing Teva's for the past 20 years and this is the best model by far."

"This is a fantastic shoe - comfortable, love the flow vents to allow water to drain out of the bottom of the shoe, very effective and protects from stubbing big toe. It is not attractive (what sandals are, really, on guys?) and I bought it on a pretty big sale - for the money I paid, it was a great deal and a really good product. I would not have ventured at full price, though... Pick up on a sale if you can - you'll be pleased."

"Absolutely outstanding and most comfortable all-around sandal/shoe/water shoe I have ever owned. I wear a pair every day, own 3 pair.
Excellent arch support. (I am over 6' and 200lbs, have plantar fasciitis, and pronated feet) These sandals are the only thing I wear any longer to theme parks, fishing, swimming, etc. I even run and jog in them.
One pair travels with me everywhere. My only concern is that like all other items of clothing, styles change and I won't be able to get this a few years from now.
4th pair is on the way.."

"These sandals were a complete disaster. The heel strap does not come up high enough, making it feel like you walk out of the sandal. Actually you do walk out of them. Additionally, the microfibre in the mid foot-toe section, rolls forward leaving the "plastic" exposed and digging into the foot. Truly a disappointment considering the name this company enjoys."

"I wear the sandals for my offshore fishing in summer, it is comfortable and toe protection is great. However, the biggest problem these sandals have is the smell. They smell like an old wet towel if I leave them wet in my car after fishing. I know neoprene parts of the sandals don't dry fast and start smelling bad. I have to wash them everytime I wear them."

"I purchased these because I had previously bought Teva shoes and was very pleased with their quality. This pair was selected because we spend a lot a time around lakes and streams and thought the extra protection on the toes would be helpful. In that respect, they work well, but they are very comfortable also. If you need a cool, comfortable shoe that you can wear in the water as well as around town, these are the shoe to buy."
