Moves too much, does not keep shape, September 13, 2009

"I have a pair of these in the front(along with the hump guard) and the rear guard in my 92 GMC Sierra. When I received them, they were curled up in box. The front has never flattened out, and move whenever my feet move, even when the "no-slip" material that is supplied is used. Not happy with this product."

"My father saw these on sale in the Cabela's flyer and because I was looking for some of the Weathertech brand for my 2005 4Runner, he gave me the flyer. He has some Weathertech brand in his car, but recommended these.

I figured for half the price, I couldn't go wrong, and was right. These are just as good as the Weathertech for about half the price. They have a diamond pattern on them, which makes them hold water better, and also seem to provide better slip resistance than the Weathertech.

Some of the customer reviews said these were "cheap pieces of plastic", and they are right . .. but all these custom floor mats are "cheap pieces of plastic", even the ones that sell for twice as much as these. Comparing them side by side with the more expensive models, I can't say I regret purchasing these at all. They are worth every penny, and especially with the wet Wisconsin winters we have been having, they are way better than the standard cloth floor mats that come with your cars. I recommend these to all my hunting and fishing buddies."

"I found this floor mat to be of a cheaper material than I expected. I felt the fit was not real good either. I have viewed other similar products with a softer rubber, and felt that this would have been a better material. The less pliable plastic tends to slide on the floor of the vehicle."

"I was expecting a heavy rubber not a cheap plastic type of floor mat. These mats a very stiff and very thin and I just didn't see them lasting very long. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"They fit perfectly. The only thing is they don't have the little tabs on the bottom to prevent them from sliding. The only way they slide is back and forth, and only a couple of inches each way. You have use some pressure to make them slide too. They're worth saving the ten dollars off the Husky liners. Unless you have a work truck or something, the Huskys are heavier duty."

"These mats drove me nuts. The edge near the door rolls over and catches your foot every time you get in or exit. To light weight. They just get worse over time. I even tried to put them in front of my fireplace with a weight on them to fix the problem. No go. I returned them and bought something else. The new ones are great."
