Air Mattress Good News/Bad News,October 28, 2009

"This is a very good air mattress. It's easy to inflate and the firmness can be regulated. We set it up on hard wood flooring so to keep it from skidding on the smooth surface, we laid a few pieces of non-skid netting to keep it in place. It's a bit of a challenge to deflate and fit into the storage bag, but in time we won the battle to get it in there.
The disappointment was the SIZE of the bed. It is not a standard queen-size bed. We measured it; it is 5 inches short on both the width and the length. The queen sheets were way too big; we had to buy full size sheets. These fit perfectly. This makes the bed a tight fit for two adults, most of whom have queen-size beds.
We would not have bought it had we known the actually size. Sigh."

"This mattress takes longer to inflate than advertised. And it takes a long time and a great effort to deflate the mattress. It has to be done manually. Once deflated the mattress "almost" won't fit in the duffel bag and the bag will not fit in the box it was shipped in, making it difficult to store."

"This is a great Bed for guests sleeping over or relatives coming into town for a week. It is very easy to set up, adjust the firmness once is it blown up and take down when you are done with using it. It even goes back into its bag fairly easily. The bed is firm and does not sag in the middle like other air beds I have had in the past. I highly recommend it. I have two now and they both work great. One of the best purchases we have made in a long time.
