Almost a great jacket,August 4, 2009

"I just got back from a week of fishing in Alaska and I like this jacket very much. It has lots of sensible details (good pockets) and it holds up very well in all sorts of wet conditions. My only complaints are that you can't roll up the hood or stow it away, and that there are no pit zips for ventilation. Otherwise, I'm quite satisfied with this jacket."

Excellent Rain Parka,June 6, 2009

"I am very pleased with this parka. I normally purchase Cabelas items on-line, as I live in North Carolina, and we don't have any Cabelas retail stores down here. However, I happened to be driving through Wheeling, WV, and decided to make a stop. I am glad I did. I tried on several differnt sizes of this parka and decided on the XXL. I am 6'1" and 200 lbs, and the XXL is big on me, but I wanted to compensate for layering in winter. I've found that the drawstrings and cuffs are more than adequate to allow me to reduce the size during spring and summer.
Thus far, I have been caught in two driving rain storms in this parka. Both times I remained completely dry. The hood is easy to adjust and covered my entire head and face. The zip pockets are easy to get to, and hold a lot of stuff.
I rate this parka A+."

"YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! I WAITED TWO YEARS FOR THIS JACKET TO GO ON SALE I BOUGHT THE BIBS LAST YEAR AND THE JACKET LAST MONTH. I'M A BIG GUY AND THIS JACKET IS SIZED RIGHT AND WELL MADE. EVEN IF I DON'T CATCH ANY FISH , I LOOK GOOD WHILE I'M DOING IT.EVERY THING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM CABELLA'S HAS BEEN OF THE BEST QUALITY. SURE WISH YOU GUYS WOULD OPEN A STORE IN SOUTH JERSEY.
