"The Grand is a fine piece of machinery, and deserves attention to detail in setting it up for use, just like scope-mounting, stock-fitting, trigger adjustment, and so forth. Broken parts, spills, malfunctions always relate to operator error. I had a mishap or two, at first, but reading the manual is always a good idea, as I shortly discovered. A truly quality machine, and the customer support is second to none. And I mean that! Excellent!"

"This is a very delicate and precise peice of equipment, not for those that are heavy handed. Treat the machine with respect, and as a precise machine and you will get excellent results.
It takes a little time to set up but that time iswell spent, with 30 mins to calibrate and set up you will soon be producing 200 rounds an hour. Ideally you will want to do a run of 500-1000 rounds at a time, so make sure you mix enough powder for the intended run our use same batch numbers. this is not a machine you will want to use for creating 10 rounds a time!"

"all the plastic parts on the grand broke prior to loading 150 rounds.i replced 4 primer sleeves and 1 primer tranfer bars.each time i replaced a part another would break."
