"Got this gril a few weeks ago and was as dissapionted as could be. Cabelas missed the mark on this one or a redesign was terrible. I cooks VERY uneavenly to the point it is burnt or raw. I think the heat shield is not working it directs all the heat to the center few inches of the grill. I will be taking mine back tonight."

"This is a really nice grill, I mean really nice. It's stainless steel, and it's sturdy with a large cooking surface, one problem, it does not cook evenly, not even close to evenly. It cooks so uneven that not only will one burger cook faster than another, but half of one burger is done and the other half not. DON'T BUY THIS, unless you cook one or two burgers at a time and you place them in the very center of the grate."

"The grill itself is great! It's compact, cooks very well and is easy to clean.
The only thing I'm not at all impressed with is the latch that holds it together. A screw fell out when i took it out of the box and even after replacing it, it's very, very hard to close.
I like the grill so much though that I'm not going to spend the postage to send it back, I'm just going to take the the factory one off and install a better one myself."

"Althought it cooks just like it should, the connection from the regulator to the grill is a eingneer nightmare. terrible design, that is the only flaw. Cabela's rocks!!"

"Grills fast but make sure you have a good supply of 1-lb propane cylinders...it goes through them quite fast...also i've noticed not much of the juices end up in the drip tray..it all seems to stick on the flame protective stainless sheet and bottom of the unit. Unit looks nice thou and does work nicely."
