enhanced freedom of movement. Other features include nylon lining, reinforced elbows, two roomy
bellows pockets with handwarmer pockets behind and two security pockets. The three-piece hood has a
drawstring, Velcro® collar and storm flap. D-ring accessory attachments. Velcro-adjustable cuffs
with fit-over neoprene cuff to seal out water. Imported.

"Used this gear in some very tough fishing conditions this fall, wind-driven rain and cold yet this jacket kept me warm & dry....well worth the money spent. Sizing is retty true to a little on the small side, I went the 3XL regular (tall was out of stock) and I could use a little more length in sleeves. I'm 6'2" and 275 lbs. definetly the 2XL would have been small. Overall very pleased with this product."

"My husband got this jacket to replace his well worn wading jacket, also from Cabela's, so decided to replace it with another ( got over a decade of hard use on the original). "I've worn this jacket a few times now but have had only one serious rain to deal with. And, the water beaded right off this thing. I know its a little soon to give 5-stars, but the last time I was in rain like that, I ended up soaked and miserable. Plus, got it through the bargain cave!! I'm new to the Bargain Cave, but you can bet I'll keep an eye on it from here on out!! Headin out fishing again this weekend and I am actually hoping they call for rain. LOL"

"I think this is a great jacket. I have taken it through some thick terrain on my atv when I have been searching for the perfect hole to fish. So far I have kept warm and dry. The pockets are easily accessibly which is a great benefit. The real test is always when I go rafting, May on the Green, June on the Main Salmon, and July on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and on the horse pack trips. It seems like a tough jacket, and I wouldn't plan on taking it if I didn't think it could stand up to the abuse I plan on putting it through."

"Over all this jacket has done very well, but the one problem I have come across is the 2 zipper pockets up on the chest seem to leak a bit. Not too much, but enough to get my phone wet , so I recommend not putting cell phones in there. Other than that it's had no flaws."

"I searched all over for a rain jacket that would both fit me and my needs at a reasonable price. The Cabela's Classic Guide Jacket did all this and more. Not only does it keep me dry, it provides a degree of warmth in cooler weather. I can easily see myself using this as a three-season jacket and perhaps a fourth season with a sweater underneath. One very minor fault I do find with the jacket is it doesn't provide a way to fold and store the hood. Other than that I would highly recommend it.
BTW: Some icing on the cake: My lovely wife and daughter are impressed with my (allegedly) sudden finding of good taste in clothing. They like how cool the red and black jacket looks on me. If they're happy then I'm happy."

"I got this jacket for a trip to Ireland because I was told it was windy and rained alot. Well it rained,snowed and the wind blew at 40 MPH!. I was warm and dry every day, and when I was zipped up I did not sweat so I did not get wet from the inside out. A great price, A great buy and I am sure I will be using it for many years to come"

"I have only used the jacket twice but but both times were in heavy snow and 30 to 50 mph winds. I stayed dry and warm all day. The neoprene cuffs are a great feature keeping me from having wet forearms."
