Great sandal for women too,October 10, 2009
By IdahoCindyfrom Idaho
"Since they don’t come in women’s sizes I bought the smallest men’s size available (7). I was concerned about the fit because I have purchased men’s footwear before and they are always too wide. These sandals are incredible, they have so many adjustments I was able to get a snug comfortable fit, a first for me with my narrow foot. I wear them with a neoprene booty, which helps with comfort and prevents small rocks and pebbles from getting under my foot. I have hiked over rocks and thru brushy, rugged terrain to get to that perfect river bend, then walked into the river and stood amongst mossy rocks and these sandals performed above my expectations. I recomended these to a gal friend and she loves hers as well. We are now both purchasing them for our husbands."

The last pair of sandals you will ever need,September 10, 2009

"Comfortable shoes will take you far, but durable and comfortable shoes will take you farther. I've used these sandals on nature walks, swimming, portaging in the brush, wading in rivers, and launching my kayak. My field tests prove that this shoe is a go anywhere, do anything piece of footwear that will protect your feet (thanks to the toe cap) and the Vibram soles ensure a solid grip on the varied terrain. If the few weeks that I've had these sandals are any indicator, these sandals will hold up for years. Better than the pair of Tevas that broke down within a year. Looking forward to putting these sandals through their paces on the water in the years to come. The Simms Pursuit Sandals are an excellent piece of reliable gear."

JCNM,August 3, 2009

"I used these in the high mountains of Colorado and REALLY liked them. I have gone backing packing in this area for several years and used to haul in felt sole boots. I ordered these sandals and was concerned about slipping, but they gripped rocks just fine while wading. Really could not tell the difference between these and felt. Note that this was a high country stream with minimal moss. Also went on a three mile hike and no blisters or other problems. They fit me true to my normal size."

Almost a great sandal,July 5, 2009

"Really like the sandals so far...only tried them on a boat and in a sandy bottom. They would be perfect if Simms had added some arch support...hardly any at all."
