Columbia Rain Destroyer PFG Wading Jacket,June 15, 2009
By INANGLERfrom Indiana
"Purchased two of these jackets for a trip to Canada with my son, first week of June "09" ! Glad we had them. We were very pleased with the performance of the jackets. It rained most of the trip. Nice pockets! I would recommend ordering one size larger than needed inorder to insure the jacket covers the top of your rain pants when you are sitting down! After all it is a short wading jacket! We purchased the wading jackets instead of a simple rain suit inorder to have additional pocket storage!! Very Pleased!"

Great jacket for the money.,May 12, 2009
By Flyfisher52from Bartlett, Tennessee
"I recently purchased this jacket and used it both wade and drift fishing in the mountains of East Tennessee this past weekend. It rained very hard on Saturday afternoon and this jacket worked like a charm, it kept me both dry and warm and performed like a jacket of twice the cost. Great bargain for the money."

A pretty good jacket for the money,May 4, 2009
By Einofrom Minnesota
"I have used this Rain Destroyer a couple times in the rain. I think it will keep me dry. The only thing I would change regards the velcro. If you don't have the jacket zipped, the "hook" side of the velcro on the right side of the zipper is exposed. On the right neoprene cuff, the "loop" side of the velcro is exposed. Any time you reach across your chest with your right hand, the hooks and loops always seem to engage. It seems to require your left hand to dis-engage the two. Not a huge deal, but is annoying. Jeff"

Columbia Rain Destroyer,March 30, 2009
By Rudmon44from southern cal.
"Great jacket. I found the jacket to be short, howerver I ordered a size up and it gave me plenty of room in the arms and was long enough for my taste. Keep me warm with layers and the fitted hood held tight during wind and rain. Highly recommended since most jackets with the same features are twice as much."

Not just for wading,February 3, 2009
By Noviceflyfrom Coos County, Oregon
"Living on the Oregon coast, one looks for a good multi-purpose water proof jacket. This is it! Be it walking the dogs in a down pour or fishing, the Columbia Rain Destroyer gets it done. It's even nice enough to wear to church. A great jacket for light weight travel too. Get one. You won't regret it."
