Draining vest pockets fit oversized fly boxes with zippered Napoleon pockets for spools underneath. The catch-and-release cuffs seal out water with internal neoprene. Asymmetrical half-elastic shape on the cuffs won't hook line. A shoulder-to-shoulder back pocket stows lunch high and dry. Pit zips operate with one hand. The brimmed hood cinches peripherally. Complete with a net D-ring, retractor attachment, rod holder and a waist that draws tight when wading. Imported.

"I'm still in the same 8X jacket 3 years running. They have changed some of the features, the key thing for me is the cuff system, works well. The Gore layers are beefed up where needed and not where not needed adding better overall movement. Hood system is well thought out, good for fishing all day in rain or snow."

"AWESOME! Whatever they're using on this jacket works. I had to walk through a briar patch one night when we were caught out late on the river. My hands and face were cut up pretty good and I knew my jacket was ruined. It still isn't leaking and that has been weeks ago. Breathes like crazy and keeps me dry...plus it has pit zips for the summer showers so I don't steam myself. This is the only wading jacket to own!!!!"

"No contest! This is the best rain jacket I have ever owned. You can feel the air pass through but stay dry. On a fishing trip on the South Fork of the Snake River, a friend and I rescued an injured Bald Eagle. The bird was perched on my arm during the hand off to the Fish and Game at the take out. The officer lost control of the eagles talon and the bird reached out and grabbed my forearm. The jacket saved my arm from deep scratches although there was heavy bruising. The material of the jacket showed no signs of damage. This is the only jacket I will ever purchase."

"This jacket is SOLID. It keeps me dry, breathes like a champ, and the pockets are just where I need them. You can tell Cloudveil has fly fishermen working for them. Love the way the cuffs seal up and keep water from running up my arm when I dig into the water. Wore in Alaska for 15 days straight in pouring rain much of the time. Flawlessly kept me dry as a bone."
