"Are you kidding me ? This is the bomb!!! I love jerky but the prices at the store are way out there. Try this and you can make it in an oven or a dehydrator. I made the first batch in my oven. It was so good all my friends ate it up. so, I decided to buy a dehydrator to make the rest. All I can say is I hope they never stop selling this stuff. Yummy!!!!! Just ordered two bags each or teriyaki and peppered. Time for more jerky. Enjoy! I'm not kidding here people. If you have never tried this stuff you should. Trust me. You can thank me later."

"I purchased a package of the pepper flavor on a recent trip to Reno. I was very pleased when I opened the package to discover that the packages of seasoning and cure were premeasured for five pounds of meat. That is about the average amount of jerky that I make at one time. I like this because I do not have to reseal packages after use.
I did add quite a bit of black pepper to the mix, but I do that will everything. My fourteen year old son and I ate at least a pound of the jerky as we were pulling it off the dehydrators. We both enjoyed the jerky and it disappeared very quickly. The few pieces that we did share with friends or family received compliments.
I would DEFINITELY recommend.

"Sweet and Hot seasoning is great, nice sweet start followed by spicy bite. 8-10 hrs in brine soak is perfect, longer, up to 24 hrs is too long unless you really like it hot. Teriyaki is much too salty, even after only 6 hrs in brine soak 5# of meat gives you approximately 2-21/4# of jerky - top round is best."

"I have purchased many different jery seasoning form a wide varity of companies, smoke houses, meat processors, local secrets and many I have put together my self. But for the money and virtually error free mixting I have found that these mixtures are a tasty and anything I have found. The swet and spciy mix to one of my family favorites, I typically make 15 lbs at a time. But with the mixture split up for 5 lb batches it's easy to vary the batches that are make. I just made 15lbs of sweet and spicy, 10 lbs of traditional, 10 lbs of Hickory and 15 lbs of the pepper mix. I vacum seal the jerky and pop it in the freezer or they would disappear whenever the kids come home to visit. Try them you will like them."
