"Very high quality as expected from Cabela's. They are supplied with screws that are not suited for a saltwater installation but maybe OK for freshwater. I don't know why the mounting area is serrated but can easily be sanded flush."

"Three barrel rod holder will only hold two Penn 115's.
But appear to be tuff and should hold up nicely.
Great way to keep the deck clear.
Will be buying another set to stack more rods."

"the catalog I have said it was 24"s wide. I thought great I have 24 5/8" to put it in. Ordered it, it came in fast. It wasn't 24" wide, I had to make it a 5 rod holder to fit. It is made of heavy plastic not the light weight material of some others. It works great as a 5 rod holder, its just under the 24" that I had room for. Would buy again. (4 stars for the size problem)"

"Easy to install. Holds rods in place even when doing 40 mph across the lake. Only thing is that my 3 year olds rod / reel combo would not fit. Not enough space between rod and reel to slide in properly."

"These racks are very well made and the thick plastic should last for years. I like the easy install hole in the rack and are plenty big enough to hold my poles and or fish net. Look good as well. Once again another Cabella's house brand name proves to be superior."

"The rod holders seem to be O.K. but the hardware was not stainless. Not good for marine use! I boat on salt water so this is very important to me. Cabelas is a grear company, so I am surprised at the oversight!"
