"I have used Tri-Tronics for 15 years, I love the build and durability. The beep is not as loud as it used to be, and a word of caution, don't buy the collar light! It's not bright enough to bother with. The good points are that they made the collar smaller, as well as the hand unit. The range seems to be as good as it's always been, given that the antenna is so small now."

"this item has gotten cheap since my last purchase. I had an older collar that was cased in foam rubber, this new one has to be disassembled, and placed piece by piece into it's individual little plastic tray compartment."
