"Today i went to cabelas and bought this foxpro and a decoy called the predator supreme decoy. I couldnt wait till this weekend to try it out so i tried it out tonight. I live way out in the sticks so its hard hunting. I couldnt go far from my house so i set right out on my porch. 35 min. later there was two big eyes creeping down our road and I figuered out that it was a big bobcat(which I never have seen out here). He came into about 15 yards of me and my dad and bout inches from the decoy and the call. They worked great. The fox pro is worth the money u shouldnt even think about it. I would get the decoy with the call too."

FX3 Helped Me Loose My Predator Calling Virginity,September 11, 2009

"I read all of the reviews and talked to several experienced predator hunters before deciding to spend a small fortune on the FoxPro FX 3. After the first hunt during a rain storm (I was eager to try it out), I was very disappointed. Nothing had come running in to the call or my moving rabbit decoy like all of the reviews had promised. I guess I was the only animal dumb enough to be hunting during a monsoon.
However, the very next morning, after the rain had cleared, I climbed into a deer blind about 60 yards from the FX3 and played the distressed rabbit call. Within 5 minutes, two coyotes came RUNNING IN! Once they saw my moving decoy they stopped and presented me with an easy shot. I was so excited that I missed the Coyote!
Mad at myself, I gathered up my equipment and moved to a new blind. I set everything up just as before and again played the distressed rabbit call. Within 15 minutes, a nice Bobcat came in at a fast stalk and presented me with a 60 yard shot. Long story short, I am out even more money because of the taxidermist's bill.
I highly suggest investing in this product and some kind of moving decoy. I am very new to predator hunting and I had excellent results in South Texas with this product. I can't wait to go out and try my luck with the bow.
Good Luck and don't waste your money on cheaper calls. They never worked for me, but the FX3 has worked 2 out of three times. Not Bad considering the one time I failed to call anything up was during a thunder storm!"

"Overall, a good unit. Compact and lightweight as well as super convenient. It takes no time at all to set up and use, which makes it nice for stopping coyotes you happen to drive or walk up on. However, the thing is REALLY expensive for what it is. If you are even a bit handy, you can make something similar for around $100. At high volumes, it distorts and burns batteries like nothing else, so put it up on windy days. The convenience of the unit makes up for it."

"Awesome call. I've been calling since 1978. Works on call savvy yotes. I use it with a toy converted moving decoy. I have been using the cone speaker only and quick strap it to a tree 3' off the ground w/ fresh twig over call. I put call in opening 50 yds away. It is loud campared to others. Speaker volume = batteries - watts. Buy 2 sets of rechargeables. If you want loud you'll need watts. The 32 sounds preloaded are great, but I got 16 more from their website. There are no wires to carry around and spend time with and have your scent on. The call is cheap when you compare it to the price of being skunked. I have had it in the field 3 times this week. Results say it all. Good Hunting!"

"The Fox Pro FX3 is an excellent call, the first evening that I used it I called in three coyotes on two different sets. The only thing is that it is a little hard on batteries if you dont have the rechargeables. But other than that it is an excellent products."

"This is best elaectronic caller I have ever used. The long range capability of the remote lets you place the speaker as far away from you as needed. Best of all, is the clarity and quality of the individual calls. I've had foxes break out of cover at a full run and continue running full spead all the way up to the speaker.
The unit is light weight and easy to carry along when you are packing other gear.
Improvements I would recommend and modifications I made, are to add a lanyard to the remote and an over the shoulder carry strap to the call unit.
I would buy this product again, it is worth the cost and you will not be dissapointed."

"This is a great product.Highly recommended. I live in western KY,we have a fair amount of coyotes and within the first 30 minutes i had it in the woods 2 coyotes came in to the cottontail. "great set up. worth the money if you like success. i've used other electronic callers but foxpro shines through. you can spend more money and upgrade to the fx5 but i have found that 32 different sounds is plenty vs. the 50 that you can have on the fx5. great quality and clarity goes hand in hand with foxpro."
