"My husband and I purchased this shower three years ago and love it! We simply boil a large pan of water and then cool it with cold water in a 5 gallon bucket, drop the pump in and enjoy a really wonderful, refreshing shower. It even has enough pressure to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my husband's very thick hair! Combined with the Cabela's Shower Enclosure and the cedar platform it can't be beat!"

"We bought this with the cabelas shower enclosure. We concidered buying the complete Zodi shower but after the price difference we decided on this and heated our own water with our camp kitchens. We then poured the water into a 5 gal bucket. The shower worked flawlessly. The only thing that should be listed in the directions would be to remove the batteries when the shower unit is stored for the winter so the batteries do not corrode and ruin the contacts. My wife and I took showers every other day and sometimes daily for 9 days and were amazed that the batteries lasted the whole time and still had great pressure.

"After working on our property all day, it was great to shower at the end of the day. This product worked like a champ. It provided a good shower flow and after eight showers, I haven't had to replace the batteries yet. I highly recommend this product due to it's compact size and dependability."

"Iwas very happy with this product. It has alot more pressure than I expected
and its easy to use and takes very little space. You can heat hot water in
shower bags and dump the water in a bucket and use the pump to give you a
hot, pressurized shower. Great for camping and washing dishes. I also used
it to wash my horse"

"Excellent water pressure, exceeding my old bag sun shower. However, with the water pressure you go through water much quicker then a bag shower. Not a problem for me, I love it and would recommend it. I used it for the first time Labor Day weekend. I used it for rinsing dishes in our camper because we on't have running water. Come hunting season when the pond is too cold to bath, I look forward to the high pressure shower."

"We really liked this product. We had a different brand and did not care for it. It quit working for some unknown reason on the 3rd time using it. This one takes less batteries than it, works great, and has great power. We definitely recommend it!!!"

"If you are tired of filling up the shower bags and hanging them up this is for you. You can buy the fancy kit with the heater or do like us and get just the pump unit and heat your water on a propane stove. This unit has great water pressure and will make taking your evening shower a joy."

"WE BOUGHT THE SHOWER SHELTER THAT COMES WITH A SHOWER BAG AND FOUND THAT ALTHOUGH THE BAGS HOLD PLENTY OF WATER, IT WAS EASIER TO USE THE ZODI BATTERY POWERED SHOWER IN A 5 GAL BUCKET SO WE WEREN'T SITTING ON THE GROUND TO SHOWER. YOU CAN PUT THE SHOWER HEAD AT A BETTER HEIGHT FOR A SHOWER."

"This product proved to be awesome!! Along with camping comes dirt, dirt and more dirt. The sun showers we've been using in the past need the incredible hulk to lift and hang! So when I wanted a shower I had to wait until my husband was available to hang the sun shower. Not any longer!!
This product was incredibly easy for me (female 5'2") to operate. I set my easy fill and carry water container bottle in the sun to warm during the day and by early evening simply dropped the pump into the water and enjoyed a very warm shower with enough water pressure to even shampoo my hair!
The battery holder is plastic and you need to be careful not to throw it around or drop. Believe me, I treasure it and treat it with love!!~~

"As constructed, the contact points don't effectively connect the batteries the the pump. I found that inserting a few pennies between the batteries and the contacts did the trick. Now that it works I am very happy with it."

"We used this pump for showers at our camp this past 4th of July. It primed quickly and had pleanty of pressure for a good shower...it worked much better than the solar shower we used last year!"

"We purchased the full Zodi single burner shower system of which this unit is a part. We are nothing but pleases with the burner assembly itself. That works great. But on our second trip the switch broke out of the box. And in trying to field repair it, a hinge also broke. Very very light construction and easily breakable. We were very disappointed. We are in the process of finding a better shower system or building our own switch box."

"I was very surprised with the water pressure this little little thing put out. When purchasing I was looking at several different types (many lots more money than this one) and I ended up going with this one. I was very pleased with the results. I took it to camp (along with the fold-a-privy) and made a shower. Everyone who used it commented on how surprised they were on what a great of a shower it was!"

"We have finally graduated to a shower stall inside our remote cabin but we don't have any running water yet. We've always used Solar Showers but they can be awkward to raise it to the right height. Since the solar showers don't give us hot water when we want it, we ended up heating water over the stove anyway. With this battery powered shower we are able to heat the water to a comfortable temperature and fill a five gallon bucket. With the easy on/off button you can conserve water as needed during your shower. We were extremely pleased with the force the water came out and the hose was long enough to drape over the curtain rod to reach tall folks. I would reccommend this product."
