The top is lightweight, yet durable and easy-to-clean polyethylene, and the legs fold up for easy storage and transport. Built into the table are a sloped sink with a removable drain plug, a waste disposal hole and a garden hose holder for supplying clean, fresh water. The large, stable cutting surface makes butchering game and cleaning fish easy, and it sits 34" above the ground for optimal working height. Clean with soap and water. "I bought this Table today, opened it up when I got home and inspected it. It appears to be well built and sturdy. I haven't cleaned any fish on it yet, but the height of the table seems about right for that. I also plan on using this table for cutting up my deer meat this fall."
