"I used these on a Moose hunt in Canada and they kept me warm in the cold, dry in the rain, and all around comfortable. I am 6' 5"+ and the tall version fits well. The only problem I had is two snaps pulled through in the first 3 days of use. A suggested improvement would be to make the chest portion taller with pockets."
"Got these bibs last year at the end of the season and did not get to use very much. This year they got a workout. Keeps you very warm and are comfortable to wear. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the leg sippers are not full length. The bibs would be much easier to put on. Occasionally your boots will get caught putting the bibs on."
"Purchased on sale. Price was still high for what was received. Not all that warm below 40 degrees. Retain too much perspiration if you move around a lot. The lining is horrible for putting on over other clothes. Purchased a Large-Tall. I wear a size 36-34 pant, these are cut too small to layer with anything other than one pair of base layer. Should be cut fuller to accomodate a mid layer. I don't know if it is the fabric on the inside or the cut - but it is impossible to get a mid layer on. And I agree with the other hunter who said they pick up every single burr and seed. They do and you simply cannot get them off.
On the plus side, I was wearing them on a cold (40-45 degree) rain and drizzle day and shot a 10 pointer...so maybe they are lucky. :-) And, the blood came off easy. They need more pockets - a center chest pocket would be ideal. Floored that they don't have one (ps take the zippers OFF the hand warmer pockets - clearly a non-hunter designed these. Try putting your hands in and out of zippers on a cold day. Zippers are for storage pockets, actually just make the pockets deeper and nothing will fall out."

"I tend to freeze in the cold November winds of the mid-west waiting for whitetails to come to my stand. I purchased this product based on other's reviews and Cabela's quality. So far, I have no real complaints except for the 100 cockleburrs I had to pluck off of them the first time out. They are quiet, comfortable, not bulky, and easy to get on/off (even with boots). Mostly, they are warm! I have not felt the effects from the cold wind yet. I purchased the tall size and the bibs fit great. Quality zippers w/ snapped weather flaps work smoothly. The lining is soft and comfortable and the not too bulky fit makes it easy to manuever through the timber. Vivid camo pattern, warmth, and comfort - What more could you ask for?"

"i purchased the mt050 whitetail extreme parka and bibs for an 8 day elk, mule deer hunt in the frank chuch wilderness area in idaho nov.06. i was very impressed with the perfomance of both pieces, they were very warm and comfortable without wearing alot of bulky clothing underneath to keep warm. the outer shell matl.was very quiet when stalking and did not pick-up burrs or any other pesky items that stick to most clothing. the other thing that really worked out great was the amount of pockets and storage within the clothing, this allowed me to carry things in the parka that would normally be in my pack which allowed quick and easy access plus the pockets were deep and had good zippers so i wasnt worried about these items falling out during the days hunt. i would recommend this product to anyone going out west or to canada in the latter part of the season,i plan on taking advantage of it during the late muzzle loader season here in pa. and ohio. buy it,bates."

"I bought these for a combination Elk/ Mule Deer hunt in Idaho. We hunted at the 6000 ft. elevation for 6 days in snow and sleet. I was warm and dry every day. When we would get in at night, I hung the bibs over a chair to dry the outside, by morning they were ready for another day of hunting. I could sit in the snow and glass a mountain side, and stay warm and dry. The fit was perfect, the Cabela's customer specialist was a great help in selecting the correct pair bibs. The combination of Gortex and Thinsulate was perfect for hunting in the snow on horse back."
"These bibs are awesome. Very warm and comfortable. Perfect for long hunts on the stand. I used them during a hunt in Georgia this year that saw quite a bit of rain. Never got wet and best of all the bibs are almost silent. Highly recommend."
