These GORE-TEX® hunting boots are among the best available. Every Danner® boot is double lasted - the key to fit and comfort. Each boot is constructed around a steel shank that keeps your arch up all day. Under the shank are three full layers - a hard neoprene midsole, medium-weight EVA midsole, and a tough Vibram® outsole. Lacing down to the toe means the boot adjusts to your foot; you are comfortably lashed in so you will not turn your ankle traversing rough terrain. Each boot is water-tested twice during the production process, then dried and passed on for final inspection. Danner® and Cabela's guarantee them to be 100% waterproof. Cordura® and full-grain leather construction in these 9" boots results in hunting boots one-third lighter than all-leather boots, yet tougher; Cordura® has 10 times the scuff resistance of leather. Moisture-wicking liner. Made in USA. Airthotic footbed included.
Height: 9".
Average weight: 3.25 lbs./pair.
Color: Tan.
Men's sizes: 8-14 B width, 7-14 D width, 8-13 EE width. Half sizes to 12.

Best boots for my use, November 16, 2009
By Soligue from Nevada

"I have had at least 5-6 pairs of these boots over the last 10 years. The majority of my use comes from upland bird (chukar) hunting in extremely rocky terrain. The Vibram air-bob soles offered on other similar boots will not hold up to this extremely rocky use as the bobs tear off. The Kletterlift sole holds up really well and the stitch-down style sole that extends beyond the footbed makes this boot very stable in uneven terrain. The gore-tex bootie works well when the boot is new but will eventually leak. It takes quite a bit of wear before they leak and leakage is to be expected after a lot of wear. I hunt in snow and buy a new pair when one pair starts leaking. I use the new pair when hunting in snow and the old pair when it is dry. I like the uninsulated boot because keeping your feet warm is usually not a problem when you're constantly moving as in upland bird hunting. The lace-to-toe design is fantastic for cinching your foot in tightly to reduce foot friction to a minimum. The cost is pretty high but boots are one of the most important pieces of hunting equipment and well worth the investment. If you want a great fitting boot that provides good support and acceptable wear I would recommend these. The person that remarked how they squeak should have put some boot oil on the tongue and worn them a few times if he planned on big game hunting. They do make some noise when new but that can be easily fixed and it goes away fairly quickly under normal use."

Cabela's uninsulated Kletterlift Boots, April 21, 2009
By jpbh from Ohio

"I Have worn Cabela's Kletterlift Boots for years, they are the only boot that I have ever had that can take the beating that I give them. I buy a pair of uninsulated in the spring for the summer months and a pair in the fall for the winter months. The boot keeps my feet dry, warm and comfotable at all times."

Cabela's Uninsulated Kletterlift Boots, March 5, 2009
By PHHIII from Halls, Tn.

"I needed a rugged waterproof boot to wear working around the farm as well as hunting in the field. I have found both in this particular boot. It's not only very supportive but rugged in design. I have definitely put it to the test concerning "waterproof." If you want something that will last, keep you dry, support and protect your ankles and feet, and made in the USA then this is the boot for you. Remember you get what you pay for. Danner Boots, December 30, 2008
By KayNC from North Carolina

"My husband has worn this style of boots for about twenty years now. He was prescribed Vibram soles to help with foot problems, when working on the railroad on the rocky ballast around the tracks.
These boots are the only ones he can wear to protect his feet and prevent foot pain while working. The workmanship has remained excellent over the decades that he's worn them, no downgrades in quality.
Please keep making these boots and offering them in the Cabela's catalog.

Simply the Best!, December 26, 2008
By dannerman from Upstate, NY

"This is the fifth pair of Danner boots that I have purchased and I am again very satisfied with the performance and quality of the boot. This particular pair doubles as an everyday work boot and as a mild weather hunting boot, so they take a beating. There is no other boot I would want on my feet. Stick with Danner, MADE IN THE USA, and your feet will thank you."

Cabela's Danner Kletterlift boots, September 23, 2008
By DeadiPete from MN

"These made in the USA, welt soled boots are hard to beat. My insulated pair are going on their 7th year of hard hunting, both western and midwest hunts, so I naturally went with the uninsulated pair when my cheaper uninsulated boots wore out. Out of the box the fit and finish is very good. Though expensive in comparison to other boots, they are cheaper in the long run."

Nice Boots!, April 13, 2008
By hntbambi from New Mexico

"I have had these uninsulated boots for 5 years and they are still holding up extremely well. I have the insulated versions for moderate temperature hunting but these uninsulated versions are called upon for turkey hunting, scouting, hiking, or the occasional ATV play ride. These boots have not has any leaks but I don't use them as waders. I highly recommend these boots."

Cabela's Danner Boots, July 17, 2007
By PeteBoggs

"Danner boots are the best, they need no breakin as they are comfortable out of the box. As a professional forester and wetland biologist I walk a lot of miles in the woods and swamps and I have found that no other boots compare to Danner's for durability and comfort. I have been using them for years and will buy no other brand."

Great fit, comfortable, March 30, 2007

"I am a farmer and a hunter. I have 3 pairs of these boots. I wear them while farming or hunting...they are comfortable all day, yet rugged. Other than my special order, handmade boots, these are the best!"

Best farm and ranch boots, March 4, 2007
By fantail from Estill Springs, TN

"I just cant say enough good things about these boot. I raise chickens and work for a couple fellas that have cattle and I wear my boots 7 days a week. Most boots in this environment won't last more than 3 months but I can get at least a year out of these. As far as the comment about them being hot, I feel right the opposite, I think they are the coolest, most sweat wicking uninsulated Gore-tex boot I've ever had. These are the boots that stopped my search for good boots."

very good for southern woods, November 21, 2006
By SothernForester1 from East Texas

"I am a consulting forester and wear these boots in the woods nearly every day. I've worn out several pairs over several years. They are light and feel good the first time you put them on. They are one of the few boots I've found that are both uninsulated and waterproof-a major plus for woods work in the south."

Great lite boots, November 21, 2006

Not the Danner Quality I know, November 9, 2006
By CAO55 from NM

"I have always bought Danner boots because of their quality. I was disappointed with the quality of these boots they market them as uninsulated, however they are the hottest uninsulated boots I have ever put on. The leather is of poor quality and due to this the boots squeak like an old bed when walking through the woods. This is completely unacceptable for a hunting boot. These boots are not what I expect out of a Danner. I am completely dissatisfied with these boots."
