The large paring knife has a 4" blade for peeling and trimming and the small paring knife uses a 2-3⁄4" blade for precise cuts. The carving fork has two 6" tines for steady serving. Each of the six serrated steak knives has a 4-1⁄2" blade. A sharpening steel completes the set to keep your blades razor sharp. Hardwood block included.
