"What a great purchase for my mini-dachshund who loves, loves, loves, this bed! She circles and circles till she is just right and she's content! Its great in the car and convenient to take with us on trips too! Love that you can throw the cover in the wash, just be careful that when drying the heat is not on too high."

"We recently got a lab puppy and decided another dog bed was in order to keep both the pup and the 12 year old happy.
This was not what I was hoping for. The filling gets very lumpy and the cover tore on seams in a couple of places in no time. Our original bed was from another company and has poly beads and a canvas cover and is doing fine after 12 years. I can't expect everything to be so durable but the berber was sorry in a matter of months.
I absolutely love Cabelas and maybe I just made the wrong choice on filling but the cover is of poor quality."

"My pitt loves the bed. I bought the large and it is a bit big for a 60lb dog. I think I could have gone smaller.
The ball is no longer a ball and flattens out after a few uses. My dog also likes to dig to make her nest so I have little fuzzes everywhere. Over all the price is right and the quality is good."

"Purchased the 30" for my Brittany. He was fluffing it around and tore the cover and liner the first day. Perhaps if you had an eldery dog this might be ok. Washed it and the seam came undone. Has helped me with my sewing skills however <I*-)"

"Our Chocolate Lab learned long ago how to open her own Christmas gifts - and she became very excited about this one as she realized what it was. And to top it off, our Ridgeback finally joined in on the opening frenzy this year. Both of them immediately settled in together on the bed and weren't even interested in opening more gifts. It's so comfortable even my wife tried it out!"

"bought medium berber ball to replace old one dog loved. when we got it the CAT ran to it and slept on it for days. now our chihuahua makes himself comfortable on his bed when the cat isn't around. he curls up right in the middle. great that it has removeable cover to wash. the oatmeal color hides shedding fur and lint. does feel a little weird with the air pockets inside, but he'll break it in. is there one large enough for humans?"

"When ordering the berber ball bed, it appeared to be very similar to the bed my dog used previously. However, it was a little different. The cover comes off for easy washing, which is a very good feature. What I don't like about the bed is that my dog can't easily rearrange it to get comfortable because it has some kind of an air sack in it, and it is only malleable on the surface. Overall, it is a good product, but I really wanted the one he had previously, but was unable to find it."

Cabela's Large Berber Ball,

"I recently purchased the Cabela's large Berber Ball for my 5 month old , 58 lb. German Shepherd pup. When I opened the box it was shipped in, my first reaction was that it was much smaller than I had anticipated. At this time of the pup's growth, the ball is almost too small for him but our 10 lb. Maltese fits nicely into the center of the ball and has claimed it for his own.
The German Shepherd has not shown any interest in the ball. Perhaps in time, he'll enjoy resting half of his body on it since he'll be way too large for the size ball we have by the time he is fully grown.
Time will tell if our shepherd grows to love the ball."

"My two toy fox terriers loved this bed from the minute they climbed up on it. Both of them squeeze on it, which is not easy because it's the small one. The cat loves it too but has to fight the dogs for a position, usually one ends up falling off"

"This is a good bed, but I am replacing it after about 3 months because the cover is starting to fall apart and the padding has compacted. My 90-lb dog is tough on beds, moving them around with his paws and mouth, so we need to stick with the more durable beds. I will not miss the lint shavings from the cover all over the carpet. But the dog certainly enjoyed the "comforter" effect of the berber ball during the winter."

"We've had this bed for a little over a month, and our boxer can't get enough of it. It keeps him nice and warm in the Michigan winter, and it's still really fluffy and comfortable for him. It's definitely the best bed we've ever bought for our dog."
