Great for the experienced or inexperienced,November 21, 2008

"As a former butcher, I know my way around an animal, but even though I have the experience, this guy kept showing me tricks and techniques that I hadn't thought of. If you "know what you're doing" you will still learn some things. If you have never cut up game before, I can say with confidence that you will be able to after watching this video. I also highly recommend the Outdoor Edge Butchering kit. They are the same knives the guy uses in the videos. I decided last year to go cheap and not buy the knife kit. I got it this summer and really regretted not buying it sooner. The knife sharpener keeps the blades super-sharp and is really easy to use."

"You just c'ant go wrong with these instructive dvd's .They show everything after putting down your trophy buck ,even a non trophy because they will tell you 2 diffrent ways to skin it . And after that they show how to process your animal in the field from a to z and if your animal is to big to take out of the woods they show how to debone it and not demeat it ant put it all in bags to walk out of the woods leaving just the bones...and the jerky and sausage dvd's will make your mouth just wattery and if you smoke your meat like i do you will not belive the recipies they show you all threw the processings. P.S. Why pay a butcher when you can do this all by yourself and do your cuts the way you really want them and have more meet steaks and less hambugar meet than a butcher will get out of it because They have less time to processes your deer and just make to much hamgugar meat , but you can have all day and get the most out of it,because you are your own processor Well all i have to say on a scale one to five i give this Game prossing library a ten.."
