"Jacket was perfect for my six year old for our snow sking trip. She loved the color. Overall quality for the price is excellent. Zipper is nice and sturdy. Judging by the quality of all cabelas products I think this jacket will make it for at least a couple of "hand me downs" to my other children. I think this is a great jacket at a great price for any parent not wanting to spend a lot on an expensive jacket your child will soon grow out of."

"I live in the deep south, but it gets cold down here. Several nights we have had temperatures in the low teens. Many days have had highs in the 30's or 40's. The coat seems to be sufficiently warm for these types of conditions. The little girl loves it and therefore wants to wear it. That's a good thing. How well it will wear has yet to be determined. I just bought the coat a month ago. Hopefully, it will last several years. We'll see."

"We got this jacket and it is stylish, as shown. However, it is ridiculously thin and not at all warm. It would be fine for new england fall days and that's about it. I can't believe anyone ski's with this jacket on."

"This jacket fits true to size and is very good quality. It is a fantastic all around winter coat. my daughter can fit a sweater under it or she can wear it with out. The velcro on the ends of the sleves will alow her to wear it for a long time. It does not let any water in either!"

"We got this jacket for our older daughter to ski in last year and she loved it. It was super warm and kept her nice and dry. She is happy to be wearing it again this ski season. "I let my two daughters pick out winter coats for next year because of the sales and I like the Cabela's Points. My 5-year-old picked this one in pink. It seems perfect for her. She doesn't like to wear a bulky coat. (She has a systems jacket now and is glad that it just fits so that she will not have to wear it next year.) It has Thinsulate so I hope that will be warm enough out at the bus stop. I like that the hood folds into the collar. I like her to have the option of a hood but she hates the bulk behind her head when she is sitting in the car...so, this is a great solution. She loves the "fur" inside the coat. It's a little to big for her now...but, she is looking forward to next winter."
