"I was looking for a decent pair for the truck. After reading the reviews and taking a look myself I decided to buy. Field use proved well for the Buckhorn 10x42's
Overall... Great clearity, sharpness, ease of use, and not to shabby in low light conditions. The long eye relief is a plus, and easily focused. They held their own against bino's 3 times their price... Compare the features with other models and you'll see the value..
I do have to agree with some of the reviews on the lens caps. They are terrible!! Seems most bino's no matter the brand lack a secure cap."

"I bought these last February for my Javelina hunt in Southern AZ. These are an excellent piece of glass for the money !!! I have used a very high end binos, and these are almost as good of clarity. For the price these can't be beat. I went scouting for my elk hunt today with them, and was easily able to tell the difference between a spike, and one that scores higher. If you are looking for a good pair of binos for a good price. I would recommend these. I only gave 4 stars due them being a little heavy, and the poor lens caps on the larger end."

"This is an outstanding pair of glasses for the money and affordability played a huge roll in the decision for me to buy these. The lens caps are the only problem, they dont fit very well and dont stay in. But it dont take away from the fact that the optics are great."

"I have a pair of off-brand binoculars that are stronger than these, but could not see until now. What a great pair of binoculars. I can seee birds that I can't see with the naked eye. I can count the bolts on the planes landing at the airbase nearby, that is how powerful these are. I would recommend these to anyone."

"I have found the Binoc's to have very clear optics, nice feel and fit. The front lens covers do fall off easily. I wear glass's and they do work with eye glass wearer's but don't quickly center on your lenses and eye's. Perfect without glass's. You can't beat the price for the optics."

"I read the reviews prior to purchasing these binoculars. I'm surprised that there were any bad reviews. I received my 12x50 Buckhorns yesterday and took right off to test them. I read about issues with the caps. Mine work great. I don't see any issues with them not staying on. I read about issues with extreme low light conditions. Considering that they aren't night vision they did a great job letting me see several hundred yards in very low light. I read that they are heavy. I found the weight of them to be more than tolerable and an advantage in keeping them still. As far as the neck strap... I'm not comfortable with much of anything hanging from my neck, but the soft side case comes with a shoulder strap making them easy to carry.
The glass provides a excellent clear image and focusing is a breeze. These binoculars provide a fantastic long range view. I've personally had issues with binoculars making me feel cross eyed, but the buckhorns are very comfortable to use with no cross eye. I intend to purchase a 2nd pair of these so I have one for hunting and one for viewing animals from my house out in my fields."
"Great binoculars super clear easy focusing. These are an excellant pair of binoculars for the price. The only drawback is the strap could be a little wider for the weight of the binoculars."

"For the money, these are excellent quality. I just about purchased the Barska brand at the store, but compared them with the Buckhorn...the Buckhorn was better. My first hunt with these Buckhorn's, I incidentally dropped them from my treestand some 20' in the air...it didn't both them a bit."

"I used these binoculars on an elk hunt in Wyoming. There were 2 people in my party that had $800+ binoculars. I was able to spot elk just as well with my cheap pair as what they could with their way more expensive pairs. I would have to say that they are defenitely worth the money. The lens cover are not the greatest. That is why I only gave it 4 stars."
