    "This is a very nice skimmer but is much bigger than I thought it would be. It's called a 13" skimmer but is actually 17" from end to end. Just too long to use for everyday use in the kitchen.

    It's intended mainly for outdoor cooking but I figured I could still use it in the kitchen - but I was wrong. But, it will work very nicely when canning rolls around this fall.    "
