Customer Product Reviews
Here's a chance to own a piece of history, but act quickly because only a few will be made. The handles of these knives are carved from the wood of the floorboards in the original blacksmith shop where Hoyt Buck made his very first knife in 1902 when he was a 13-year old apprentice. Hoyt's great, great grandson designed this knife to honor Buck's historical beginnings. It's a Bowie-style knife, and in the middle of the wood handle is a stag horn centerpiece featuring a nickel-silver anvil. The protective D-guard is solid brass. The blade is 420HC stainless steel honed to the sharp, lasting edge that Buck knives are known for. Only 250 of these limited-edition serialized knives will be made exclusively available from Cabela's. Each comes in a handsome oak display box with a certificate of authenticity and a story that explains the history of the knife. Blade length: 7-1?2" Overall length: 12-1?2" Weight: 15 oz.
