"Very light weight and packs small. Slips over pants/jeans easily. Length is perfect, I'm 5' 4". Purchased another set to keep in the car in case caught out in a down pour, umbrellas don't keep your legs dry."

"I got these pants to use as snow pants. We don't get much snow. I wanted something I could just throw over what I was wearing without all the bulk of traditional snow pants that would keep me dry when clearing the driveway or sledding with the kids. The blue and azale colors look nice. I got a pair for my 11 year old daughter. These are far less messy when brought indoors and will dry quickly. The sale price is worth it to stay dry!"

"I haven't actually test run these pants yet, but they seem perfect! Thats the only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Great price and the size worked out great. Don't think about ordering a size larger...they run big. If you normally wear a M, get a M, it will easily fit over your jeans."

"We bought two pairs of rain pants (and coats) for a 3 day music festival since rain was in the forecast. We were excited to try our new "100% Waterproof" rain gear and got to do so on the second day. Within 20 minutes of throwing on our jackets I noticed the fabric was starting to darken around the seams. In less than an hour both of our pants and jackets had started to darken because of the water soaking into the fabric. We were both completely soaked by a light rain even though I had the hood up and was zipped to my neck. I was even wearing the "Roughneck" line that is supposed to be more geared towards work wear. To sum it all up - VERY DISAPPOINTED! This ruined our day at the festival. Next time I'll just bring plastic instead of spending over $100 for a product that does not perform as advertised. --- Be aware, this fabric was not 100% waterproof in my experience. ---"

"Yes, these are rain pants, and, yes, they are packable. However, I put them to the test in the Seattle rain and found that they easily soak through in moderate to heavy rain. Overall a good deal for the price--and the colors are great--but if you plan on wearing these for more than 20 minutes in the rain (or biking in the rain) keep looking."

"I bought these pants with a matching jacket for a whitewater rafting experience. They fit nicely over other pants and pack well. The weather was unusually warm in late August so I didn't wear them but for a short time one morning. I think they will be nice to have on hand for cold, rainy days when I have to go out."

As it says, they fold up so small.

"I am a volunteer with our local police department as well as belonging to a local fishing club who does a lot of volunteer work with our state fish and wildlife service. As such, I spend a lot of time out doors. Living in the Pacific Northwest these pants will be invaluable. They are light and easily fit over my jeans. I am really pleased with them."

"I bought these pants for my genuine buddy scooter and I can say without a doubt, they keep you dry!! I've been caught in torrential down pours and walked away dry as a bone. Even better, they roll up to nothing which makes it very easy to keep under my seat for emergency. The only one thing I found questionable was the sizing. If I had followed the chart, they would have been waayyyy too big. I weigh 115 (waist 29") I bought the medium and I can slip them over my clothes with lots of room to spare."

"I purchased the women's rain pants to wear during golfing in Ireland. The rain did occur and I was able to quickly and easily pull on the pants over my golf shoes and stay dryer than anyone else in my foursome. They were comfortable, a good fit, and did the job of keeping me dry."
