Cabela's Legendary Adventures

Hunt 10 of the world's most famous animals in one virtual trip using authentic weapons and gear from the time period specified. Legendary hunts include "Goliath", the whitetail deer in 1933 Pennsylvania, "Aries", the desert Bighorn Sheep in 1940 Arizona, and "Big Billy", the mountain goat in not-too-distant 2010. Species range from Rocky Mountain mule deer to Alaskan brown bear and Roosevelt elk. Besides these legendary hunts, you'll have more than 40 animals to hunt including big game, small game, turkey, waterfowl and upland birds. Choose from seven rifles, two shotguns, two handguns, two bows and a muzzleloader to use on your hunt. Gear includes firearm scopes, game calls, optics, stands, blinds, bait and more. Three game modes will provide hours of entertainment. Available formats: Wii PlayStation 2 PSP "PlayStation" and the "PS" Family logo are registered trademarks of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. Our PlayStation 2, PSP and Wii games are only compatible with North American systems.

"Expected to gear up, locate signs, track, stalk, hunt. Did not andicipate the need to learn/grow to get to other locations. Can't get past 1st of 10 sites. Next day restart, all skulls are back, even with AUTO SAVE enabled in Options. Are all Cabela hunting games like this?"

"I have to say that this game is by far the most unpredictable and incredible game I have ever played. Saying that It is years ahead of its time would be an understatement. Kudos to the developers on this one. Couldn't be better! Our family is full of outdoor enthusiasts and when I bought this game for my dads bachelor party, It was a big hit. We played the game well into the next day and didn't get sick of it. The graphics are incredible, and the gameplay is mind blowing. In fact, my dad was so impressed with his new gift that we had to set up a tv outside of the trailer at the wedding. The wedding was great and the game provided hours of entertainement for the guests. I look forward to whats next. Can't see how you can top this one!"

"I have only watched the kids play it. I know that it has been great for the rainy days when the boys cannot be in the outdoors. They love the game. I only wish these games would be more realistic in what you have to do in order to hunt the animal."

"It was exciting to hunt a legendary animal that once lived near where I now live. The game was realistic in traversing through the woods, tracking the animals, and shooting. The choice of guns and game, while getting to the various levels, made it more interesting. It took me two hours of playing to get my legendary deer. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys hunting."

"I would recommend this game to anyone. The adventure mode is short but if you love to hunt from a blind or stand, or to spot and stalk, this game has it all. you can hunt from Penncilvania to new mexico in this game. also there is tourniments and multiplayer if you finish adventure"
