"Bought this and used it right away to adjust a scope on my wifes brand new gun. Very easy to adjust. Could have made tension indicator more accurate, but better than just reefing on the screws."

"After 35 years of feeling my way and either over tightening on occasion and under tightening on others, this may be the best investment I have made in making sure that I do not strip the threads in scope mounting screws. A great little tool."

Perfect for mounting scopes,

"This took all of the guess work out of how tight the set screws for my scope's rings/base should be. If you have ever tried to keeps a straight edge screw driver from slipping while tightening Leupold's side mount ring screws you'll love one of the screw driver bit that comes with this product. It fits like a glove!
I would have given this a full five stars if the manufacture would have found a way to store the bits in the body of the wrench. As is, I'll keep the bits and wrench in the original plastic display container."

"Like most others mounting Rifle Scopes I would just tighten the bases and rings as tight as I could for the past 30 years. Thankfully I never crimped or ruined a scope. After reading several articles in Petersons Shooting, American Rifleman and several other sources. I decided to do everything to spec.
I took apart several Scoped Rifle set-ups and found no damage or crimped scope tubes. I then set everything up using the Wheeler Torgue wrench. I have taken 3 of the 7 rifles to the range to date. Accuracy on all 3 has improved."

"I can guarantee you are overtightening your scope rings and mounts if you are NOT using a FAT Wrench! I think consitancy is key and you can get every ring screw the same to the same torque with this tool.
A hard case would have been a nice addition to this tool. Many rings will be covered with the included bits, however you will want a broader range on hand as well."
