"Jacket is nice but would like to have had cuff sleeves rather than elastic. Good quality material. Runs a little big so order down a size, I had to return for a smaller size."

"I havent had a chance to wear it hunting yet but there is no way it is going to stop the wind. It will be a great top layer to my under armor but I gave it a three because it says extream weather but would no way hold up to the wind and cold in MT and ND."

"The only concern I have is the cold. This jacket says its is for extreme conditions. I think not! It may be very useful until December. I hunt when it is below zero and I don't think this will suffice. It may be a layer item. But it is a great value."

"Loved the soft and thick fleece, very warm, extremely quiet, which is what I was after. The downside is that the zipper is quite poor and Cabelas should have put a much better zipper on this jacket for the price. The first time I took it out on a hunt, the zipper "unzipped" from the bottom up. It took a little force to get everything back down and together. That was the only negative but it's enough to make me concerned everytime I take it out now."

"I bought this jacket soley because it was a lot cheaper than the parka that I wanted. I was very nervous. I get cold very easily and I was hoping that this would help me stay out longer hunting. I have to admit. I was very surprised at how warm this jacket is. The first day I tried it, we had temps in the single digits and wind chills below 0. It kept me pretty warm under the circumstances."

Like it....but could be improved,

"I like this jacket. I have used it hunting, snowmobiling, walking the dog at 5 AM, & when plowing snow on my tractor.
Pros:
It is warm, quiet, & very comfortable.
Cons:
It lets the wind through in places on the chest if the wind is blowing hard - like there are gaps in the lining or somethig. More importantly it should be longer to cover your entire butt to prevent the wind from going up your back - Im 6' with an average frame so its not like I need some special fit.
Summary:
I like this & would buy it again, but the design could be improved a little. Make sure you layer & tuck your sirt/base layer in if this is going to be your outer shell on a long cold day."

A Little on the Light Side,

"Great Jacket, and well made. I was a bit surprised by how light it was. This morning it was 25 below zero and I had to opt for my heavier jacket. I don't know if "extreme conditions" was an appropriate name for this jacket considering how light and airy it is."

"I get cold easy in the winter time and not able to stay out in the cold very long, but the first time I wore this jacket, I sat in my tree stand for 6 hours and kept me very warm and dry too. I recommand this jacket if your looking for one to keep you warm and fits great too."
